New York State Thruway Authority (NYSTA)

Description

Owner/Operators of the New York State Thruway with a regional office located in Suffern, NY. Officially known as the Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway, the New York State Thruway is a system of limited-access highways that falls under the jurisdiction of the New York State Thruway Authority (NYSTA). The Thruway is the fifth busiest toll road in the nation with 496 of the total 570 miles of thruway tolled.

The New York State Thruway Authority, along with NYSDOT will be responsible for transportation, travel time, safety, and emissions improvements throughout the LHTL ICM corridor.
