Agreement for HVTMC to have access to NYSTA VMS. The HVTMC can provide messaging support for NYSTA on their system in the event of an outage. HVTMC can also put NYSTA bridge closure or emergency detour information on VMS, in OpenReach, and on 511NY for broadcast traveler information and traffic information dissemination purposes.
